The Row offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate your request and receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the security seal remains unbroken for a valid return.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from the portal to the outside of the package, removing any previous labels.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized courier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
